RETURN POLICY

At Midwestern Laser Art, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. The following policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date you receive your item.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition as when received
• Unworn or unused, with all tags intact
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation)

How to Start a Return

Email us at Orders@MidwesternLaserArt.com to request a return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive the return shipping address and instructions.

Important:
For privacy and security, return addresses are only provided after your return request is approved.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

What Happens Next

• You will receive a pre-paid return label (if applicable) and packaging instructions
• Ship the item back using the provided label and instructions

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We inspect every order before it leaves our shop, but if anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery

  2. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  3. Include clear photos of the damage or issue when emailing us

Once received, we will evaluate the claim and work with you on an appropriate resolution—such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized items (including laser-engraved products)
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care items (e.g., soaps, cosmetics)
Hazardous materials or flammable substances
Gift cards
Items marked as Final Sale

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item

  2. Once the return is processed and approved, place a new order for the replacement item

This ensures accurate inventory tracking and faster processing.


EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For customers located in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Proof of purchase must be provided

REFUNDS

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing typically occurs within 10 business days
• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your funds, please email us with your order details.
