PROCESSING TIME

• All orders are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on customization complexity.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Bulk or large custom orders may require extended processing times. If delays are expected, we will notify you promptly via email.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery timelines vary by shipping method and destination.
• Standard shipping typically requires 3–7 business days after processing.
• Delivery delays may occur due to high carrier volume, severe weather, or issues outside our control.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

• Once your order ships, a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number.
• Tracking information generally activates within 24 hours after shipment.
• You may use your tracking number to monitor your shipment online at any time.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

• Midwestern Laser Art is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.
• All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and import taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES & LOST SHIPMENTS

Midwestern Laser Art is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Save all packaging materials and the damaged item(s).

  2. Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

  3. Notify us at Support@MidwesternLaserArt.com with your claim details so we may assist where possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• At this time, we only ship within the United States.
